Learn the traditional art of fermentation with lacto-fermented pickles. Turn a variety of garden vegetables into nutritious probiotic snacks that your family will love! In Home Food Preservation: Lacto-Fermented Pickles, we will teach participants the basic process of salt brine fermentation. Fermentation is an artful form of food preservation, with nearly infinite room for personalization of flavors. Participants will leave with an understanding of the principles behind successful lacto-fermentation and recipes to get them started at home.
