In Home Food Preservation: Greens, we will teach participants how to preserve a variety of spring greens through dehydration & freezing. Participants will learn best practices for both freezing and dehydrating, and we will also share tips for using your goods in every day meals. Skills learned in this course will apply to freezing & dehydrating other foods as well.
